What HandleWallet is

HandleWallet is an identity wallet: it gathers the platform handles you verify into one wallet with one public page, lets fans find you wherever you currently are, and stores an encrypted backup of your content from platforms you connect. It is not affiliated with, and does not claim to represent, any platform whose handles it helps verify.

Your account

You are responsible for your password and for anything done through your account. HandleWallet cannot recover your vault content without either your password or your recovery key, depending on the recovery mode you chose at signup, this is a consequence of the encryption design (see the privacy policy), not a limitation we could lift on request.

Handle verification

Verifying a handle requires proving control of that platform account at the time of verification. A verified handle resolves to your wallet until you delist it or a later verification by someone else proves control of the same account. HandleWallet is not responsible for a platform account being lost, banned, or recycled, verification is a record of a moment of proof, not a guarantee about the account's future.

Billing

Your first verified handle is free. Each additional handle is billed annually through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Storage add-ons are billed the same way. Canceling stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law. Losing paid entitlements (through cancellation or a failed payment) may reduce your storage allowance and the number of handles you can keep verified going forward; it does not delete data already stored, which remains until you delete it or your account.

Acceptable use

Verifying a handle you do not control, impersonating another creator, or using the resolver or subscriber tools to spam or harass is not allowed and is grounds for account termination.

Your content

You own the content you back up. HandleWallet stores it encrypted and cannot read it. The open export format and verification tools described at what you own exist specifically so this ownership does not depend on trusting us to honor it.

Termination and deletion

You can delete your account at any time; this is permanent and described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, with notice where practical.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is. We work to keep the resolver, wallet pages, and backups reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, HandleWallet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
